Our policies and terms and conditions are designed to protect clients and ensure that all services are fulfilled professionally & legally.
By using BESPOKE PMU by LISSA services, clients agree to abide by our policies and terms and conditions.
DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit is required to book your appointment.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and deducted from the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

GUEST POLICY

No guests are allowed unless medically necessary.
-
No one under 18 is permitted in the procedure room.
-
Absolutely no children or pets allowed in the procedure room.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY​

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, arriving late to your scheduled appointment impacts business operations and my ability to provide quality service to all clients. I kindly ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. ​​​​​​

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
-
72 hours' minimum notice is required for cancellations.

Cancellations within 72 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule, a new deposit is required.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance allow your deposit to be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

NO-SHOW POLICY​

No-shows will be charged $100 of the service.

To rebook after a no-show, the full-service fee must be paid to confirm your appointment.

Multiple missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges.

CONDUCT POLICY
-
Inappropriate behavior, including offensive language, harassment, or aggressive actions, will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of services, deposit forfeited, and future appointments will not be accepted.

Arriving under the influence of alcohol or any controlled substance will result in immediate appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We cannot guarantee successful results
on everyone as each client's skin type,
lifestyle, & overall health will vary.
•
Individuals with scarring in procedure area, sensitive or problematic, and/or oily skin,
may experience less retention.
•
If you have existing permanent makeup
in desired procedure area, you must provide a picture to be approved for a procedure.
Failure to do so will result in refusal of service.

Kindly note that if any of these policies aren’t followed and we’re unable to proceed on the day of your appointment,
